RULE Ten -Beginning today, treat everyone you meet, friend or foe, loved one or stranger, as if they were going to be dead at midnight. Extend to each person, no matter how trivial the contact, all the care and kindness and understanding and love that you can muster,  and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.

Wow, this rule is a mouth full and something you need to read again and again until it is ingrained in your mind. To live each day as if it’s the only one you will ever have is indeed one of the supreme principals of a happy and successful existence.

This rule is one we should use with each person we add to our list in this 30 Day List Building Challenge because if we do we can change the life of one or more people we will have contact with through our site and our list.

Who knows where things will go in this life if everyone adopted this RULE. I know that those I know who have had a loss in their lives would pretty much give anything just to have that loved one back in their lives for just one hour to give them that kind of love as the Rule implies.

I will NEVER FORGET having these thoughts myself. I would almost give anything to have just one hour with my son Christopher. Lives change in an instant and we are never the same and it is our hope and prayer that others will remember our loved one so that they are NEVER FORGOTTEN.

I have put a lot of thought in my list building today as I sat watching the tide go in and out and I thought of how people come in and out of our lives. Some stay for a life time while others stay only a short time.  So do as the RULE says and your life will never be forgotten.

When your life is done on this Earth and people thinking of you your hope should be that they remember you for how you made them feel.
