Week 3 of 52

This is week 3 of the 52 and last week was not good on some goals like working out so I am making it a new habit to start this week.

Going to make myself workout on my Total Gym for 5 minutes each AM.

The only way to start a new habit is to START!! that is the hardest part as Vic says.

Must review all goals each day.

Remember, Successful people DO what failures Won’t.
